Cups should be kept standard imo, they look mint. (apart from coilovers) in terms of the exterior looks anyway.
Darker turinis do look good though I must admit, it is a sheep mod though which puts me off.
If it's a non sport get a recessed, bumpers are dirt cheap and readily available for them.
If it's a sport get one that either hangs below the bumper or stealth. Bumpers in good nick for sports are like gold dust. Not cheap either.
It will move (barely) but it most certainly aint drivable that low, unless you start removing things. No point whatsoever doing that to a sport.
Looks shite that low anyway tbh, and yes I know it's a shop.
I gave chase to that Rover but was only a half effort and I was looking over at Mike saying "go on Jamie, go on" it was pretty quick though, sounded like it was turbo'd.
Oh Jamie I was laughing my ass off when we were sat at the lights and all I could hear behind me was the comical 'beep beep'...
Cheapest coilovers I've seen are circa £300.
That's still not bad though considering lowering properly with at least springs and shocks costs only slightly less.
I could say that but then you could say that about my xenons. :rasp:
I just think it looks silly, I prefer the raw look of the engine without the tarty cover.
It is good yeah but the car looks like a tractor so it just has to go down, cup racers run low as feck suspension for a reason.
Also a decent set of coilovers are better than any standard setup.
Nice one Vicky, you certainly kept that quiet.
Top marks to K-tec they've done a really tidy job of it.
Keep it looking as it is aswell, a non sport that goes like a sport = win tbh.
I'd check the rears.
Mine suffered the same thing you are pointing out but on the other side and it was really dangerous as it would cause the car to snake under heavy braking.
I sent it for a full service which included checking the brakes and low and behold the o/s rear was completely...
