This. If it's 182 Cup fitment, with the Ktec coilovers, the camber adjustment is very limited.
Exactly the reason why you can't buy non cup coilovers and just modify the hole.
If your having problems with XBMC: http://forum.xbmc.org/forumdisplay.php?f=137
Plug ins: http://wiki.xbmc.org/index.php?title=HOW-TO:Install_an_add-on_from_a_zip_file_on_ATV2
Although, whole site appears to be down atm.
Have a look on Wests Renault Page for the part number.
Mine was ~ £27 inc vat direct from a Renault dealer a few months ago.
People seem to only recommend getting an OEM one, not a copy.
I'm restoring and re-jailbreaking mine. Start afresh, Just going to install XBMC this time I think, leave out Plex and Nito TV
I kept getting Cache full message when streaming video before.
Glad you've seen sense and changed the Ripspeed Wheels. Interesting to see what new ones will look like.
Nice little write up so far though.
However have made a few changes to your to buy list. You'll thank me in the long run ;)
Sounds like you've got the steering wheel controls that need plugging directly into the centre display at the top, which would be the big plug. Red iirc.
Dash off job only iirc.
My Plex is definitely fucked up. Went into Channels just now, where TVcatchup and Iplayer etc previously were, and its not doing the same thing as when I go into preferences.
Press the enter button and ATV reboots..
Think I'm gonna have to get a powerline. Buffering issues with the Internet...
See so many threads with people waiting for the BTM exhaust, but has Fred actually given any time frame for how long, or that he's even actually started developing one yet?
That just bolted on with the clamp, then sleeved over the miltek?
So if you ever want to go back to standard exhaust just unbolt the clamp and reclamp to oEM exhaust.
(just for reference lol)
Does the miltek decat clamp in the same place, or just got a sleeve welded on the end out of interest?
Disconnect within 30 seconds of turning the ignition off to prevent alarm going off iirc.
Shouldn't have any issues other than Radio code. Had several Clio's and unplugged batteries loads of times with no problems.
As said adjusting camber will also affect the toe. Don't know if its proportionally related or not though.
Iirc you can get the wheels properly aligned, so you keep the camber but re-adjust the toe to normal. Not 100% on that though
Also in your bottom pic, how many people are standing round...
Good question actually!
When regarding bucket seats, people generally refer to them as fixed (no tilt) or recliners (can tilt). That can't be official name though.
Ha no worries mate, just glad you got it sorted!
To think a few posts ago you were contemplating buying another amp!
I know electrics are a nightmare. Spent many an evening trying to fathom why the blasted things aren't working myself.
Multimeter makes it soo much easier though!
As above, if you just want springs Eibach Sportlines would be the ones to go for. Won't be as low though, if that bothers you.
Unless you splash out on some coilies :P
Just had an email. Untethered Jailbreaking with seas0n pass now supports Version 4.4.4 (latest version)
So no need to mess around trying to downgrade the firmware anymore :)
Yea got to be the lead in some way or another. Fuse/Fuse holder definitely installed properly?
Is there a bare part on the end of the inline fuse you can use the voltmeter to check, whether power is flowing after the fuse?
Touch the opposite end of the fuse to the battery with the positive...
Apex for low. Eibach for go.
Apex will lower more, but everyone on here slate's the ride. Search Pritchard on here, he has them on an RB. Standard wheels though.
Unless your going coilover, General consensus is best is Eibach Sportlines, even though they may not lower enough to suit your wheels.
Yea I got mine to see my network hard drive.
But I don't really have much in the way of content stored. So mainly use it for streaming.
So Just installed a load of XBMC Add-ons. TVcatchup shows program information on XBMC, and Ice films, I know we shouldn't mention it, is epic.
Bully you tried...
Some people recommend the manifold > cat/decat Fitting kit, which includes a new gasket, and the bolts, nuts and springs that attach the Cat/Decat to the manifold.
But literally is the two nuts/bolts on the manifold end, then depending which clamp you've got, one or two bolts the other end.
Yea cheers Bully, realised that now. They're stored under channels.
Being able to compare the XBMC and Plex plug ins, I'd say the XBMC Plugins for Catchup TV, Iplayer etc seem to work better for me.
By the looks of it, You've got no 12v running from the battery, as your showing 0 Volts between + and -, when that should be 12v same as remote
Your remote is fine, and so is your ground wire, or you wouldn't be reading any volts between the remote and ground.
So I'd be looking at your big red...
