Finally, went to ATS Euromaster in Leyland this morning to get a full setup, cost me £100 but damn it's made a massive difference, it handles like it should now.
It holds the road as it should, I can feel the tyres on the road and the steering is precise, predictable and solid, the guy has...
Ah I see, hopefully the garage can supply these, I've got a manifold fitting kit.
Cheers Paul, just doing my head in atm, it's pretty much undriveable. :(
It's all my own doing though, just trying to sort it asap. Working 50 odd hours a week ftl.
Get it lowered with some 15's on, give it a wash and it'll be a smart little motor.
Your talking a few hundred quid to do that, forget colour coding the bumpers just get some of the bumper shine stuff on it, Halfords do 3 for 2 on detailing products so you could get some shampoo, SRP and...
Yeah I've pulled the hub out so the bolt on both sides is sitting right on the outer edge, I still can't be sure if it's right but it certainly looks a lot more normal, it feels a lot better when driving too.
I've got it booked in at a place in Leyland first thing Saturday morning to look at...
I fitted mine like you said Neat, on level ground on axle stands with the wheels and suspension off and simply drilled and bolted it in without pulling either strut in or out.
How long ago was the cambelt done?
Sounds like something hasn't been put back on properly at the top end. I'm no mechanic though, you'd have to take it to someone to get some proper advice.
Sack that it would be cheaper to buy a normal cat and swap them over. I'm sure if you visit your local test centres and ask them about it someone would pass it with the decat.
Standard suspension?
Get a mechanic to look at it.
If it's really bad you could probably tell yourself by looking at the passenger side then the drivers.
Nope, 12 hours in, only play for a few hours at a time. This is the first time anything like this has happened, theres loads of other with the same issue on US PS3 forums apparently it's mainly the fat PS3's with it being a lot rarer on the slims.
Don't know but once it freezes once it does it several times in quick succesion each in a seperate spot.
It's really ruining the gameplay experience now. I'm having to run past enemies and skip cutscenes to get to the next save point. :(
You'll be surprised how long it takes pal.
It's much easier to put 6x9's in a stealth shelf and a sub and amp under a false floor in the boot. Then uprate the door speakers but staying with the same size, amping up the rears.
Change the fuses anyway pal, they often go but still look functional.
Theres also an image of what each fuse is for on the inside of the fuse box cover and it's got some spare fuses.
I had this problem recently when I unlocked the car, opened the door but didn't put the key in the ignition and left the door half open.
Are you unlocking it, getting in and starting straight away?
