Nah you've done what I meant. If the ground was a bit dodgy, you'd get variable readings from whatever 12v source you measured from.
Not sure then I'm afraid!
It could be a dodgy earth on the headunit wiring loom.
Use a multimeter and put it from a 12v source to the black ground wire and check its reading a constant twelve volts.
That's the first thing I'd check.
Yea you'll need to plug that in. It goes in one end of the slot with the pins in above the standard iso connectors.
It'll only go in one way so just be careful, you shouldn't need to force it.
The code should be in your handbook.
You need to plug the yellow connector in, or the steering wheel controls won't work, and the display won't display the station name etc.
If I remember correctly, its a four digit code, and you press numbers 1 - 4 down the appropriate number of times to...
Why do you need 172 replica pics, surely as reps, they're not going to look any different from an actual 172 lol, so any old picture of a 172 would suffice.
I'd love to know who he's referring too when he said some people mistook the footage for actual real life combat footage?!
Agree with the Hoff regarding the top video.
Need to keep on top of the tyre shine with black wheels.
Otherwise your tyres will look dirty against the black paint and not look as good.
Get a splitter on the front end too ;)
Yea that's right its tight against it. That's what I thought, I could push it flush against the manifold with my hand, regardless of bolts/springs etc.
Well I didn't compare them like right next to each other, but they looked the same, size, shape, material, just obviously old one was black with...
The Lamda sensor is on the same side as it plugs in. You can't see it in my picture.
The gasket basically sits flush inside the decat pipe. As long as its in perfectly straight.
only thing is the gasket don't seem to fit snug on the collar of the manifold, I could wiggle it up and down a tiny...
Yep Official Renault kit. Got the part number off West Renaults page.
Yea Mine's the Yozza decat so is slightly different.
Not sure with regards to blowing with the normal cat. I never checked tbh.
Cheers guys. Just what I wanted.
I was just about to say on closer inspection, I think the cup think is rusted to the manifold side of the joint, that's why I didn't think I had it on my old one.
Edit: Just wanted to check, the fibre washer, it has a rounded side and a flat side: which side goes...
Fitted my Yozza + Decat the other day, but was blowing at the manifold/cat joint so bought a new fitting kit from Renault.
However in the kit I seem to have more bits than came off my original,
so was just wondering if someone could clarify which order they go in.
I've had a rough guess:
