Yeah, the initial download was 333MB, but they've since added "Record that" replay theatre features and other software installations which aren't on the out-of-the-box system.

It's that price purely because Kinnect is compulsory. The PS4 doesn't come with the camera etc. so MS have bundled the XBO with all that at an estimated £80.
