Noisy engines 172?
Water pump, injectors, carbon cannister, loose plugs. Plus they are noisy-ish anyway. if it aint broke don't fix it.- MartinR

What to do with suspension?
Get rid of the apex and get eibach sportlines/prolines. If you are changing the shocks get koni yellows for a few quid more from larkspeed- MartinR

Cam seals as in behind the pulleys? or do you mean core plugs (two black caps gearbox end) order over the phone from renault. i wouldn't use non genuine tbh- MartinR
