Yes you can get an RB for £3k but you shall have to spend at least another £1k to get things done/changed

Cheaper to just buy new genuine renault rear discs as they come with new bearings etc pressed in.

Thermostat needs changing

He shouldn't have lowered the idle imo, surely there is something that is causing it ? K-tec have just tried to mask the problem instead of trying to locate/correct it, hope you get it sorted

First i have heard of different profiles causing abs faults:S

They don't look or ride to bad on a mk2 if you get the right looking ones!! and some which are lightweight, to help with the unsprung mass. Plus it is only 5mm difference round the whole outer circumference than 16" Looks good on the mk3 too just needs a bit of lows;)
