I used flushing oil when I last changed the oil but afaik your only supposed to leave it ticking over for 30 minutes then drain it, not drive the car? :S

Heavier load tyres are designed for just that, heavier loads. I don't think there is anything to be gained running them.

This sorta thing happens all the time, theres a guy local to me who works for Audi, he got to rag the new R8 V10 up the road a few weeks back, as said if you've got a mint car it's gonna get driven.
