I put grooved ones on my BMW last year.. Made s**t loads of noise when braking, grooved normally help stop pads glazing but there's no need on road cars really. Just get some brembo hc plain discs!

Turn to full lock, bounce the steering into the end of its travel and back a few times. If it keeps going really loud when hitting the lock then it's pretty sure to be a new pump needed

Pop and bang map is exact same as 98ron map except above 4k with zero throttle it dumps fuel in to pop in the exhaust. So on the housing estates keep below 4k and it's fine. Also just coz someone has a decat, doesn't make the car stupid loud, mines decatted and I find it very quiet. I love the...

BTM exhaust fits the bill I reckon. Can't remember the exact price. Even decatted there's hardly any drone at motorway speeds and a nice noise when "on it". Fits great too with the custom hanger Fred puts on too!

Checked the fluid levels for pas? Does it whine at all louder than normal?

I'd just fix the car you have if the body work is so mint! Do it yourself and learn how to repair your own car while you're at it. Can't be that expensive to fix

I've done as danward above. Got one that looks very oe with changeable display colour so didn't look out of place. Looks and works great!

Yeah , suppose to put red jump lead to battery positive and black lead to body/engine/gearbox. Putting it to battery negative causes ecu problems iirc

Try unplugging the carbon canister in the wheel arch. Mine rattles on and off all the time.. I know it's the canister so can't be arsed doing anything about it

Take out the battery, unclip the lid, pull the wiring up and out the way, undo 2 x 10mm head nuts an pull it out
