Kenwood are making a new headunit that allows the display to work. As the olds ones don't keep the std display, I brought a InCarTec adaptor part no. 29-800 and the adaptor lead for £80.

Get the cam belt done and pads/discs (looking at about £100 if you change them yourself). And around 6.5k What colour?

Have you sat in the std seats and Recaros? IMO - I couldn't justify the point in shelling out £850 for a pair of seats that only look better than the std one's.

I have seen a 172 with a tow bar but the 182 has the twin back box, so mounting will be difficult.

In my 182 I had a vauxhall space saver wheel 16", then had the hub made larger to fit the Renault one. This only fitted on the back as it hit the caliper when on the front.

First change your headunit, then the choice is your really depending on budget. I have Kenwood dual mags in the rear and left the standard up front.
