Been considering replacing the header tank with one of those shiney Bailey ones and wanted to know if its a simple job or would it involve me bleeding the system and what not?
I fitted the same pads and discs and pads on friday an I too had to file the pads quite a bit! I know you are supposed to bed them in and they will get better but mine were better than the standard ones after 20 miles or so. Even though i havnt hammered the brakes yet they are working better...
Had HC and DS2500 fitted yesterday but when we went to put the pads in we had to file them down slightly as some people do.

Seen two today, first was silver 51 plate PH2 172 on M53/A55 around 12:45 this afternoon, second was RB 05 182 with cup packs in E.Port Asda car park around 9:45

sounds nasty!
mind started clunking q week after i bought it so i took it back to the garage. the mechanic took it for s spin round the block, with th revs around 3k he would stab at the throttle and you could feel the clunk where the engine was rocking against the chassis. turns out the mount...
I have been debating what to do with regards to getting more air into the engine.
Some threads say to stick witht the original airbox, swap out the filter for ITG Ktec etc etc and then remove the top CAF.
While others go on about plumbing in new CAF!

Yeah coilovers would be the crem de la crem but as you say they would break the bank!
Yhe Pro's wouldnt give much of a visible difference so thats why im tending to sway towards SL's

Im doing a trackday at onnington end of July and was thinking of fitting Eibach Sportlines. would this be benneficial or am i best to leave it alone?
Obviously I would want to fit them eventually but its just a case or wether or not to do it before I track it.
