why would i get the same error messege on 2 different harddrives? could it be a hardware problem like ram or something?
i can understand a harddrive breaking and throwing up an error, but when you get the same error on a new harddrive it just has me thinking why?
could i try putting the harddrive into another laptop and boot the xp cd from that laptop, install it on there and then put it back into the broken laptop?
even with the cd rom fucked it should still boot windows on the old harddrive? it just suddenly came up with this error
in the bios the boot order is
CD-ROM
PXE
Floppy
Harddisk
its a really old laptop, aint got a cdrom in it, just came with an external one that plugs in via usb
ill try the battery now
dont have a usb pen stick handy, do you just copy the xp cd to the stick and then boot from it?
what engine you got in atm willy? megane?
IMO i cant see much power gained from the 172 engine to warrent a few thousand threw at it for the conversion?
i can think of better things to throw 2.5k at
have a tv in uni with you all the time? i doubt that
if you have access to pc then you have access to tv - just an assumption, some people wont
and just because you have a tv in the same room as your pc dont mean everyone else does ;)
but hes got multiple runs at the ends of his spokes, he can try wetflatting all the runs out, but he'll break through, put money on it, especially as he cant use a block
just wetflat them out and respray the wheel, alot quicker than messing about trying to wetflat laquer runs out of wheels
TVCatchup is a new service which lets you watch live television online. There are currently 15 channels to choose from, it's totally legal and absolutely free!
So whether you are at uni, on holiday, travelling with work, away from home or are just too darn lazy to move away from your PC
?
you got hot air gun or something? air dry, overnight, with hot airgun should be dry in 20 minutes
use wetordry paper, anything from p600 upto p1200, anything lower than p1200 and you'll be flatting the run out for ages and ages
sounds like youve overlapped at that spot and its just got too wet and run then?
let it dry, give it a wetflat, if you break through the basecoat id probably dust a bit more primer on, wetflat that, basecoat, re-laquer
just be careful when you primer/basecoat, dust it on very finely or itll...
