I've done a search but I can't find the answer I'm looking for.
Yesterday I fitted an alpine head unit into the Clio, so obviously I've lost the use of the stalk and display. I'm not bothered at all about this and I'm not looking to buy anything to retain the use of the stalk.
However, I...
Decided to get rid of my iPad as I hardly use it at all anymore now that I have a bigger phone.
iPad 3 16gb WiFi only. Got a genuine smart cover also.
I'm guessing around the 200 mark?
I think the technology section needs a "what's it worth" sticky thread
Seen your car parked up on Pistonklaus car park earlier on when we came in for a steak, dunno if you were eating in there or your staying at the hotel?
My dads after a new laptop and I literally know nothing about them, nor am I up to date with what's a good spec these days. Basically he wants to spend 500 quid or less, so what's the best he can get? It'll probably only be used for Internet and a few other simple things, not gaming etc.

Fancy getting into a bit of photography, and was thinking about ordering this bundle. Would this be ok for a first DSLR?
How reliable is a tyre that's been plugged to repair a puncture? Ok on a track?
Reason I ask is I had a puncture in a fairly new potenza which has now been repaired. Would this be ok to use on one track day before I replace it with a new tyre?

Had this a few times now, every so many months my engine managment light will come and when reading the codes with the RS Tuner, the only fault it brings up is a shift light fault? I clear it and then its fine for a few more months, then it re-appears.
Anyone else had this, and anyone know...

Need to get the wheels refurbished soon as they really let the car down in my...
Was gonna change my front discs and pads yesterday as I have nice shiney Brembo HCs and Brembo pads waiting to be fitted, but when trying to remove one of the wheel bolts it was really hard work. Knew straight away it was cross threaded and it probably happened a year ago when I had my tyres...
Well after getting my renewal through from direct line at over 1500 quid (was 960 last year) I thought it was time to shop around.
Tried the guys on here (sky, chris knott) but had no luck, so gave brentacre a call. Its cost me £1049. Im 25, 1 years NCB and 1 SP30. I've also got unlimited mods...
Well after joining up to the forum seven years ago, and owning my 172 for the past eight months, i've finally got my wallet out and become a fully paid member.... :D
Well my 172 is making the dreaded noisy diesel sound. My first thoughts were obviously dephaser pulley but after reading up on here I'm not so sure now. is it possible that a lifter has gone? The annoying 'tick' is there throughout the Rev range, whereas am I right in thinking with the dephaser...
