It is sooooo easy to do.
Just fit it normally, then chop off the plug and wire into an existing 12v feed.
Pleasantly suprised when I added my Stainless Steel exhaust to my policy.
Only cost me £37 to run til end of policy (End of May)
When it costs so little (compared to price of exhaust) Im always amazed when people dont declare mods.

Ditto, but Ive fed the wires behind the dash, behind the ashtray surround, and then plugged it into the socket.
So the only visible bits are the plug, cradle, laser sensor and gps reciever. All wires are hidden.
Thing is, all it takes is 5 mins to chop plug off the lead, and splice into...

I think Fred sorted out a deal with a refurber.
It costs something like £35 per wheel to have them powder coated in a colour of your choice.
They will be looking good as new once done properly.
