Any one successfully installed a Nokia bluetooth kit in a 172/182? Easy to do?

looks ideal! would like to see the ipod interface tho. Much better now it caches the route, although tbh if you had an ipod you wouldnt need to swap the DVD for CDs etc, only for movie playback.

Is this a new model then? and can you connect an ipod?

Thats why I always recommend an usecured bank loan rather than car finance. Youre not tied to anything, and if you want to change car, you just take a new loan and pay off the old one.

Nope, nothing here. I have found tho that they do seem slightly better than my 172, although still not as good as an uprated setup.

What about the exhaust trim cut outs on the 182 rear bumper? As discussed at the GDI day last year David?

Mine looks horrendous, it looks like its been sand blasted! Lots of little craters everywhere.

I had mine changed at 21,000 miles!! But most of my driving is motorway milage with some A road thrashing.

So how do we get onto this list? My dealer is useless, and never sent my details off to RenaultUK for follow up calls etc. So hence I never even received the "free" accident pack with the camera etc that everyone else recieved :(

And sometimes some silicon if the dealer gets heavy handed.

I had a FLame Red 172 (03 plate). Swapped it for a 182 with Cup suspension...... Difference? Like night and day. Seriously, standard to standard, the difference is there to be felt. As for Eibachs compared to cup pack? No idea.

It wasnt wet.... but it was DAMN slippy that weekend, like Bryan said, they had just had 10yrs of rubber scraped off the surface a few weeks prior.

Yeah, I saw that last nite, and first thoughts were Si (Cup with white wheels, in the vicinity of Kent area). Good so see it wasnt one of us (so far) I hope the driver was ok.

I used Britannia Tyres in Coventry. Very helpful, no deposit needed, hassle free fit. £185 all in for 2 fronts. I kept the old fronts, even tho they are barely legal, they will do in an emergency if I cant get hold of a new one in event of puncture etc.

But the 172/182 etc still have analogue dials.

There are adaptors for Alpine, Sony and Kenwood iirc. A lot of peeps here rate the 9831, 9833, and 9835 all mde by alpine. Although.......... The new 2005 ranges are due very shortly from most of the big manufacturers, so you may want to hold for a little while?
