Those prices are wrong. Cambelt kit is £150 inc vat. Dephaser pulley is £171. Those are RRP. So you really didn't get much trade discount! Also the locking kit you saw. How many tools were there? I'd also be willing to bet they weren't genuine.

I had one in like this. Except, they'd fitted them over the original oil seals. Was running 4 lol.

Give it some time. I've had engines sound like that and take 3 or so hours to shut up.

I'm betting you've got air in the ABS Module. 2+ Hours of bleeding might see you through. Otherwise you need CLiP(Renaults computer) to bleed it.
