got my wheels refurbed at SEM 3-4 weeks ago and when i was washing my car a noticed that the paint was coning off on the inside of the spoke right near the brake ( on every wheel) if i take them back wot do you think they will say will they do them again cos i am realy unhappy if its coming...

i lowerd my car 2day but its nocking from the drivers side the only thing i can see is that the very top of the strut (that is under the bonnet) is sat a little higher at the top than the other 1 but its as tight as we can get it any ideas wot it can be and is it safe to drive
