    Sounds like you have a misfire. Difficult to say what it is without seeing it, but likely candidates are, plugs, leads, coil, or injector.

    I'd recommend a rebore, as the bores will have worn, putting in some pistons without boring it won't last very long before it stars buring oil. Standard gasket is fine up to 83.5mm iirc. If you haven't got your pistons yet, I can supply them at a good price.

    You have to know what your doing to get rid of the flat spot on the mapping. As far as I'm aware radical remaps only do generic maps which won't be any good. I can do a custom map for £250 including engine health check. You'll want to do a bit of research on ktecs mapping on here.

    My supercharged one was at full throttle for around 30secs, thing is with MAHA Dynos, is they'll keep adding load until they have determined how much power it's putting out.

    No, that wouldn't lock the crank. Is it the same box as before? Same flywheel? I've known people lock cranks up with a dowel in the wrong place and jammed on the ring gear.

    Are we able to organise a day elsewhere? I'm just a little uncomfortable with the ramp rate that the Tipton rollers run. (They hold them at full throttle for a VERY long time, which really isn't good for Egt's/valves etc)
