if your own tiles fall on your own car your COMP policy pays out, u pay xs and loose 2 yrs.
Call the Ombudsman and theyll put u straight.
Im 100% sure ur fooked.
thing is its no more their fault than it is yours? they never knew they were going to fly off and hit your car.
Had they known the tiles were loose it proves NEGLIGENCE, then u could recover your losses through them... if not youre gonna struggle and will prob have to pay ur excess.
its act of God mate, not covered.
Youll have to claim underneath your own comp policy.
Unless u can PROVE negligance on behalf of ur neighbours - ie that they knew they were loose and did nothing, u cant claim from them.
hmm, why have Renault been voted 32/34 WORST dealer in the UK then?
im member of the CTR, Seat, + Citroen sites and none of these have as many probs as reno.
its a real shame...
hmm, ive been on here a few yrs and u do get fed up of reading how they keep breaking down/going in for warranty work though!
tends to change ur view on it.... give it time and youll see....
im going honda soon as well.
is this your first 182/172/Cup? as it seems they have more than their fair share of probs which the dealers dotn want to know/care about.
TW4TS the lot of em, sorry.
dont take this the wrong way lads but sometimes if ur driving a more expensive car with say, 5 yrs of finance owing, it tends to make u slow up a bit, specially on bends!
does for me anyway!
ive been to 3, 2 at the same garage. always had different readings, talking about difference of + - 15/20 or so.
