if its a radar gatso how does it get your speed if no markings on the road?

dunno, havnt seen mobile gatso that flashes myself, just mobile laser traps. Mobile radar gatsos not covered by some detectors thats all.

when you say mobile gatso, one that is unmanned but works like a normal gatso?

I watched a feature on 5th gear about detectors and was amzed how well they worked on laser detection. They tested it by aiming the laser at the car in front and every time the car following got an alert, so they might not be that bad at laser afterall.

thats where i am going to put mine when my longer wired antenna arrives the standard 2 meter one meant I could not mount the road angel 2 in the centre of the screen and have the antenna near the back of the car, just was not long enough. mine went off once witha fault when I plugged the external aeriel in to my raod angel 2. dont know why

laser pens dont set them off, tried already lol also what does having a phone plugged in make a differnce I have a 3 way power spiltter so I can if need be use my road angel 2, phone charger and say something else if I want to. Lee have you got any pics of your complete detector install...
