no such problems with mine.the location is explained in the renaultsport manual I think, did you not get one?

the sendor is behind the plastic housing at top of windscreen look from outside and you can see solar panel type material thats it. the gold crystal type things are the water sensors.

dab is poor reception in non urban areas though aint it? can you still recieve analogue too?

it would have to be something really annoying or serious before Id take mine to renault for anything!

does it look neat the areial on the roof etc? take it the steering controls dont work now? wont be able to do this on mine dont think as the base is much larger anyway of the aeriel for the renault navigation

when im changing gear i can feel a light cluck through the clutch.

mine does it , seems to come from passenger footwell, not as noticeable now 4K miles.

could it be something to do with having large amount of water being pumper through for the headlights too? Ive never used my washer bottle since I got the acr, so hopefully mine wont start going wrong.

craig, the wiring aint visible its easy to route though. I just did it 1st time. The top pic above shows 2 wires running from the RA2. One wire is the standard power lead, the straight one. This goes down back of windscreen and to side of a pillar as seen above. down the side of the dash...

ive used them for a dent, seemed an ok job, I could still see it though, mind no one else would have been able to. (thats not the point though) they have done a good job on friends cars. It will be a difficult colour to get right. how did it happen do you know? and is it deep?

cant see them banning them, as said, they would only ban the dedicated detectors. Road angel and b2 are GPS recievers hence they will be ok. Unless they count the laser reception to be banned also. I update mine twice a week (RA2), northy I think that it will have probably been laser...

couldnt renault do you the same screen as they fit? im not sure about the side windows but if you get chance with the sun out today look at your windscreen with the sun bouncing off it, like all renaults they should appear purple imo. (scenics are even moe coloured than clios)

they are more purple ish esp in the sun
