As said many times i dont see how people an say 'I f**king hate this on a ph 2 or i fuckin hate this on a ph1' at the end of the day they're not a million times different like some people are making out. Interiors different, but only very slightly, having owned a car with both interiors theres...
5mm on the back to aid clearance. 5mm-10mm front.
can go for cheap and cheerful universal ones at about a tenner for 4 in 5mm. or go for hubcentric ones which fit over the hub of the wheel - but for something like 5mm its a bit overkill at £40 for 4.
which reminds me ive got 2 5mm...
sounds like an interesting setup you've got there, especially if keeping the standard ride height was a priority.
and registering takes too much time ;)
last time i did it i payed around £30-40 all in, but i do overdo it most of the time. i.e extra layers of colour, primer etc. which arent really needed lol
i'd go with what mr billy says! Just one extra tip, if its a sunny day outside (regardless of temperature) do it in the sun, and lay the laquer down in a thick coat, and it wont go cloudy. Prob something to do with the UV rays, but works a treat
renault sell them pre-primed ready for paint but they're not cheap.
cheapest option is to spray them yourself, easiest option is to get a bodyshop to do it for you
i was in your position, and went for the ph1, purely because i prefer the look, you can pick one up with low miles for over a grand less than a ph2 with similar miles, they're a lot rarer and i actually prefer the seats
i thought the latest k-tec ones came pre-drilled for washer jets as an option, and they also had the bonnet stay.
i know that bubbles' carbon bonnet has a bonnet stay and i swear that came from k-tec.
