Well my rubbers perished, so yeah it can be lifted loads. Will get a new one when i get chance and get some more pics.

to buckle a standard renault wheel would mean hitting the kurb at a fair speed, which i doubt would be caused from parking as you arent travelling that fast. so it is more likely to be a loose wheel balancing weight has fallen off, or the tracking has been knocked out imo.

if you work at arnold clark - just ask them ;) but i was quoted in the region of £60 for two new silver dash inserts for my old car, so inevitebly just sprayed them.

my old 1.2 drivers side door dropped slightly, but this meant the door handle always seemed stiff and 'ratchety' and nowhere near as smooth as the drivers side. doesnt take two seconds to fix though, but i couldnt be arsed as mine wasn't that bad.

steel wool (gentle grade) helps to remove the crap that has stuck on there

yeah have got a mk1 twin cat on there, so was around 40mm that needed added onto the system. just got my local place to put a spacer in so it fits lovely.

yoz offered to make me a shim to fit in, but said i needed to decat it and buy a ph2 cat. yes, technically the better and proper way of doing it, but i just couldnt afford to do it that way at the mo. plus the fact you didnt have stock of the decats was an issue, so i just thought i'll get it...

same problem as im having, but mine is because i just got used to having a nearly new corsa lol. i'm going to be swapping my gearbox oil, and then either leaving it if its better, or looking into changing the gearbox mount.

it gets a bit boomy in the cabin, and is an ever present noise but its not TOO loud in all honesty. when its decatted i think it'll be problematic but who cares lol

pics wont be worth it, as i had it moved out so it was inline with the bumper, but it comes out a little bit further than i would have liked. so its not a true representation of how yours would fit. wheres my stickers :eek:

just getting a written quote to send to admiral with all the work needed to be done to my car, came out at best part of 500 quid, and thats not even from a renault dealership!
