Small scratches CAN in some cases be touched in with a paint pen then sanded down and polished back up... but if its deep and nasty you will either need a respray or a smart repair done.
Im not familiar with exhausts, but it looks like it broke off after the cat flange, so hopefully someone will confirm, but that fitting kit should unbolt off and leave the cat ready to bolt a new exhaust on.
Just read from the start, some nice mods, your picture locations are fantastic, i need to hunt more for a good location for a shoot.

I have bills from the previous owner, and my middle silencer doesn't look OEM, so id take it to a exhaust place and possibly get a new silencer fitted or price on up.
The exhaust you've linked i think are made by toyo sport, i asked for a name and that's all i found on on here, i don't think...

I have what i think is standard white 4300k bulbs, the previous owner told me he had to have new bulbs and levellers (i think) due to an mot failure, so im thinking i could possibly have some cheap D2S bulbs in there since the change, the light...

If i was you id go for a few sheep mods, things like bucket seats and racing pedals on a 1.4 wont look very good.

Yeah ive reset it a few times, i think in all honesty me jacking up the exhaust mounts is whats cause it to either crack or work lose and cause the blowing...

Yeah ill get it on stands and have a look i think, the max MPG im getting was 31.7, and im driving like a granny sometimes to see if it can improve, with the noise... i think its blowing and possibly losing me some power... maybe not but who knows.

So i need to turn the head unit up to the maximum id sort of listen to day to day, and adjust the levels so it sounds right?
Is sub level control on the head unit settings? i have subwoofer: on/off/reverse and then i select on from that and it goes into the Hz settings...
