He's on 4.10.01, no idea about iOS but I'd assume 4.3.x, so he's no chance unless one of the unlockers suddenly release a new unlock tool or he can downgrade his BB to an earlier version...which I don't even know if it's possible to do and tbh wouldn't expect him to be able able to manage even...
Voda subsidise the phones, as far as I'm aware they won't allow it to be unlocked until it's out of contract as it offers them no financial incentive. However, if your mate still has the contact - I'm guessing he does if it's still in contract - then he could ring up Voda and ask. They may...
tnx , i did nt hav a clu e wot he was tryin 2 say.lol
Anyway, I pre-ordered from Game just to get the beta key and they emailed me yesterday to say that Microsoft haven't sent them enough keys so I'll have to wait a week...the beta only runs for a fortnight or something daft. Gee thanks...
Apparently it's a bug in iOS and the .db file (forgot it's name) is meant to be deleted after each use. It's only there to assist with certain bits of iOS and some apps. Either way I couldn't give a flying f**k, typical media hype.
I'd do it through VBA personally (as I already have the script written), but you could go pikie and use =TRIM(A1) in another column and copy it down to the last row entry. Then select the row with your new data in, copy and then paste special values back in to column A.
The worthwhile JB apps, with the exception of SBSettings, do cost. But the cost is so insignificant it's not worth worrying about or if you're pikie you could always add some of the dodgy repos to Cydia.
For me I can't do without:
biteSMS
Infinifolders
LockInfo
- Weather Plugin
- Things Plugin...
Nar, it's probably that most of the people that bought it have now got rid of it so the server load is a hellalot lower than it was and their Spectrum ZX servers can finally cope lol.
Boom! http://blog.iphone-dev.org/
It's up and running on mine, although Redsn0w did keep crashing on my Vista machine (no doubt due to Vista lol) but went through smoothly on XP.
Don't use the cradle. Just plug it directly in, IIRC it needs to just be turned on and not in discovery. Not used mine in months now so can't really remember 100% but it is dead simple, literally just plug and play.
My favourite thing so far has been killing an alien and watching half it's body disappear through a solid brick wall...only to then find that I can't collect a sample from it because it's stuck in the wall and then having to go right back to the start of the f**king level and do it all over...
Traded the shite that is HomeFront for this today and I love it. Single Player will get boring quick, I can see that already and I'm not far in, but multi player is f**king awesome. Dead hectic, fun and unlike the last two FPS games I've bought it actually works, which is nice.
Nope. THQ/KAOS claim to have made a change to the servers but if they have I'm not noticing it being any better, if anything it's worse as I'm now getting lagged to death. They've fucked up so badly with this game, it could have been epic but sadly it's just yet another game that's been put...
Bored of this now and all the f**king problems with it, it manages to make Black Ops look like it was coded well. Trading it in today at Game and getting Crysis 2 for £4.99. I only paid £28 for it so not too bad.
Game offer expires on 31st btw.
As long as you don't background it before you lock it carries on. I could probably explain this better but I'm typing this one handed whilst, ironically, eating a Creme Egg; which btw I bite the top off of and then lick the inners out before consuming the chocolatey goodness. Yeah so I've...
This.
Nike+ GPS is shat, the free version that ships with the iPhone is better. MapMyFitness/Run/+ is the biggest pile of w**k available on the store. Adidas miCoach is ok, as is SportyPal. But none compare to the awesomeness that is Runkeeper Pro.
I'd hold out for the 5 tbh. The 4 is a fantastic phone, but I only paid £199 on an 18 month contract at £35 a month for it a year ago on upgrade so they're not really offering you any special deal. The 5 will possibly cost more than £200 on release, even for upgrades, but you won't be buying the...
