The bluevision sidelights are something like 3800K which is quite white, But still orange. You only notice its a tad orange when you compare them to the blue/white bulbs i used to have. Osram nightbreakers and bluevision sidelights are a great combination imo. Otherwise HIDs and LEDS. But...

Osram Nightbreakers are quite good. Ive heard some of the PIAA bulbs are great but havent tried any. Phillips blue vision side light bulbs match upgraded bulbs quite well (more whiter instead of candle orange)
