^ Yeah, The test is put your car in reverse and see if the rear wiper turns on (i think with the rear wiper switch turned off on the stalk) that way you can see if the reverse sensor realises your reversing and the reverse lights should come on as well as the wiper.

Look for body work, See if theres any creases in the bootwell for rear damage, Any ripples in the paint or very bad orange peeling on the paintwork (slight is normal) for signs of a respray.
Check if the belts have been done (doubt it for that price), Will need cambelt kit and aux belt change...
The plastic bit in the center of the dash is all glued to the dash. The whole dash comes out. Its a few torx screws and a bit of pillar removing and it slides out the door side when you lift it out.

Garage would probably charge an hours labour? anywhere up to 100 quid i would say.
Its an easy job, But annoying one, Phone up a specialist and ask i would say. Might be cheap !

Its a fairly easy job. Dash off, Then the bulb holders twist out and new bulbs slot in.
Yep that 75w80 should be alright, Think Fred said you can use 75w90 as somtimes its cheaper and will be ok too.
My mates nicked my haynes manual so i cant check, But im pretty sure its 3.1L capacity? Means ill have to shell out for 4L if i do.
Interested to know too, Capacirty is 3.1L right? Means i will have to buy 4x 1Ls which will be about £30. Pointless me laying out unless theres a noticable difference or it meaning the gearbox will last longer.

Will the 195/50s fit? Im guessing they will. Will putting this tyre size on effect anything?
Or effect that ive got 185/55 on the fronts?
Edit: Im just interestd about the sizes, Surely 195 would be to big? I am still leaning towards the Hankooks now, They do look a great tyre.
