The plastic bit in the center of the dash is all glued to the dash. The whole dash comes out. Its a few torx screws and a bit of pillar removing and it slides out the door side when you lift it out. Ill PM you a link.

Not sure, For me to get the dash off 15 mins, Change the bulb 2 mins. Garage would probably charge an hours labour? anywhere up to 100 quid i would say. Its an easy job, But annoying one, Phone up a specialist and ask i would say. Might be cheap !

Yep that 75w80 should be alright, Think Fred said you can use 75w90 as somtimes its cheaper and will be ok too. My mates nicked my haynes manual so i cant check, But im pretty sure its 3.1L capacity? Means ill have to shell out for 4L if i do.

Pencil rubber gets wax off, Then a bit of stiff brush and soap, Followed by bumper care usually works.
