I totally agree, for what the car is now worth, it's worth soo much more for you to keep for sentimental reasons, than to sell financially. As mentioned above, i'd just keep it and have another daily if the ££ can stretch, the thing of 'i bought that brand new' is something i'd love to have!
As if he was going to just scrap it!!!! :fearscream: but like you said, probably doesn't know what it is now, just saw it as an old car he'd had his time with not worth much. But good stuff keeping it standard, it looks too original to chop about when you said there is so few left on the road...
Not seen one of those for aaages!! Not just a turbo, any! Used to see a few around back in the day, anyway that looks a cracking example and nice and original..... very retro indeed inside but that's all good!
Can't believe I've only just spotted this, car has come a long way very quickly! Loving the calliper and wheel refurb, the silver all looks great.......... loving this car!
That looks stunning, especially for that mileage too! Great work
Love the colour coded door bullets too!
That is very cool to have had it that long, from new, knowing everywhere it's been and every piece of work that's been done on it!
Haha cheers mate was nice to meet you too and put a face to the car (if that makes sense?)
The Clio isn't for sale i'm afraid but will keep you in mind in the future
To be fair, that is very true 😂
Awesome car this, good luck with the continued project :up: from one arctic owner to another!
P.S. this is still the only Clio I've seen with the same Sparco wheel as mine although this car had it first!
Today has seen an exciting update!!
New mats! :grinning::grinning:
Ok, so maybe not so exciting, BUT...... I really like them and should have gone for the Renault Sport ones before really, rather than the 'middle of the road' Renault set. You get what you pay for! Photos just because I could...
Looking great Mark, i'm loving the dash trims and bezel in that colour, suits the interior soo well......... i'm looking at your callipers thinking maybe I should have been more adventurous than silver but no, the silver suits the oem+ look and silver wheels, the blue on yours suits your white...
Looks very smart indeed, starting to notice this driving about quite a bit now but never in my 182 to give you a flash lol!
The orange on the silver works
Yeah as Ollie said just a guy walking down the front taking pictures, not someone we know......... but they are really good, love the one of the rear wheel looking behind, so i'm glad he stopped and showed some love to two old Clio's
If the question was about my car, then yes this is...
Nice little changes there again, you get man points for having the standard exhaust no doubt, but the Ktec does look smart and as you said, stainless steel so you swap for mod points
Yeah they suit the car soo well, was a long a wait but definatly well worth it.......... I like the red belts over harnesses personally plus more road and daily use friendly as well!
