Car looks very nice mate,
Nice little touches with the rear lights, Calliper decals and white mirrors etc.
Also supprised how the rear sport bumper doesnt look too out of place with the non-sport front bumper.
I think i read the material that is used to deaden some of the sound inside the exhaust box is packed in plastic bags. and burns off when first used.
Thats probably the smell.
AG Glass polish on my rotary with a hard pad, Then AG Fast glass for after.
Do the polish once every few months and just use fast glass when i wash the car.
Its nice for a corsa, But thats like saying shes fit for a ladyboy.
Not a great fan of corsas, However i think this one is quite alrite, Interior is to OTT.
Mezerna i think is quite good: http://www.cleanyourcar.co.uk/polishing/polish/menzerna-250ml/cat_28.html
Some of the Megs stuff is good:

Or, You could get the 3M sample kit...
1500 > 2000 > 3000 Grit sandpaper,
Rotary polisher to polish them back up. Or you will be there a long time.
Or to polish back up after by hand: Heavy cut > Medium cut > Light cut Polish And an arm that will feel like you w**ked for a week after.
Vinyl looks ok, Think it would be better sprayed though. Spose it would cost a bit more though.
RS Grille will finish it off niceley. And another cool mod would be the new renault sport badge for the rear, But maybe without the sport lettering.
Exhaust looks good as well.
Yep discs and pads should be easy. Bought mine for £67 off brake parts international with the intention of fitting them.
Only trouble was old ones where so rusted on and i didnt want to faff about so booked them into the local garage against my will and had them fitted for £80.
^Isnt the oil what actually catches the dirt, The sponge is there just to hold it?
Ive heard clean it with whatever but always try to use the correct oil.
I got mine from renault, It wasnt copper. Metal with a small rubber seal attatched to it.
Someone should be able to link up the code for it. Ive got one but its for my 1.2. If someone confirms the washer is the same ill copy it up. Costs about a quid.
You want to fit 501 bulbs into a diffrent socket?
If thats what your trying to achieve i cant see it happening.
You'l need to get some pics for me to understand what your doing.
You are changing the sidelight bulbs yeah? The first link is the sidelight bulbs.
The second "found one" picture looks like a high beam bulb.
Im confused now.
