Spotted the butterfly screw earlier, And yeah got the plug 8mm square. Will get some oil and do a change. Cheers for the help :)

I did an oil change, And stopped doing just trips round the corner, Instead making sure i drove it so the engine was hot, And the white residue hasnt returned.

I did this to mine, Had to use a rough grit to get all the glaze off, Was yellow over, And still needs some work but they look so much better.

Mine does me, Even with 5 in the car although it feels like a tractor. Wouldnt mind some power under my feet though.

Was going to try these, Ebay £10 a pops last me about a year.

I started off by trying to tighten it when i did mine, Then i remebered i was doing it the wrong way. From the front of the car i put the ratchet at 1 oclock so to speak and pulled from the right down. Got it out no problem.

Its french mate, They all fall apart. Haha, Joking aside my little clio has been sound apart from the odd thing or two. Check the shocks, CV joint rubbers havent split, and theres no leaks from anywhere.

Could be the CV joint?
