I would say T cut possibly? I would wet sand it off and polish back up using a Rotary, But if you havent got one to hand it could take a lot of time (by hand).

Im liking my Osram Nightbreakers at the moment. Slightly better than stock bulbs imo.

I couldnt get any in halfords. It took them ages to work out what i was talking about, Becuase i couldnt locate it. Then it turns out all they had was 10mm ones, So i had to buy that and grind it down to 8mm. Worked though...

Try SRP > EGP x2 (hours curing time in between) > Aquawax. Ive done the same but with poorboys wax instead of aqua and had good results.

Not powerfull enough to do any correction. You'l end up buffing the paintwork slightly.. probably creating swirls rather than getting rid of them. A Silverline polisher can be had on ebay for about £45. Then after pads and polish its about £80. Ive got a blue one. Its not excellent, But if...
