This is true.....I`ve driven Jordy's scirocco (A mere(!?) 360bhp) and anyone who can move there right foot in an up and down motion can drive it without wheel spinning uncontrollably into a wall/tree. Just cause it has 400bhp doesn't mean you have to floor it everywhere....just imagine being on...

Sorry just been out...Mods are Exhaust/decat/182mani, Rsport ecu, BMC airfilter with no cold airfeed (not ideal but just haven`t got round to sorting it out) Just the rear seats out. Someone fitted the mani for me so I`m not sure what was involved...he only took 1 1/2 hours to do it...great...

Lol no blue smoke....daft stone chipping things at the end that spray all over...great idea!? The saxo did have metal flake....think he got a 14.4 on the day but v fast terminal speed (103 i think) so obviously hard to launch but once rolling it really flys. I started with mid 14`s and ended...

Thats fair enough m8...although I`d like to see you run it up a dragstrip....I would bet that it wouldn`t be lower than 14.6 at best...unless you have some manifold work etc....Rhys of here had a mk1 172 with decat and exhaust and seats out etc and got 14.5 (IIRC)... With my mods mine did...

I`ve got the Rsport on mine and it is pulling 14.2`s @ 97.56 mph (and a best of 14.1 at the same speed) so they can`t be all bad. For just basic mods I`d recommend them all day every day for the money.... Chris
