I'm just about to order some of this stuff (a meter should be enough?) and am taking out my acoustic thingie. My only worry is when I connect the pipe upto my BMC it will flatten when sucking air in. I had a (albeit softer) air feed pipe a few years back...did a full day at oulton and later...

I thought mine had soft touch interior...do you mean the `rubberised` surrounds on the dash and the window controls etc Chris

TBH I was never going to sell it crash or not.....too much fun and couldn't replace it with anything for reasonable money that was as quick or as new. Just bought a x reg 1.8t Golf 3dr in black for just short of 5k...really tidy car and ideal for what we want at the mo....Cup is the toy, golf...

Cheers m8y Yeah it wouldn't have happened if Abi and nic were in.....could have been much much worse tho....if the bonnet hadn't hit me it could have gone onto the other side of the road and god know what might have happened then...no one was hurt so it isn't a biggie...although I'm gutted it...

I`m not fixing it....glass won't be a problem as the interior is being stripped out completley for track use. Might just knock the panels out a bit but apart from that it won't really matter for now. It will only be driven to the track days and back really so it won't be like I'll be driving it...

Well I got paid 7k for the cup...and got it back for 2k! 2k for a very good 3 year old track car ain't too bad lol Chris

If you aren't doing many mods I'd recommend, decat/exhaust, rsport and sealed filter for basic engine mods. That should see a fair old difference... Chris
