Hmmm, the insurance industry will say that you should report ALL incidents regardless of cost, blame etc!!! If you think this guy is starting to take the piss (hell probably have figured out youve not informed your insurers) then ring your ins co and tell them whats happened BUT get them to use...

Yep. Bascially whoever youre broker is will do everything for you, they can contact the police and pay for a report which will have all detials included, the police arent gonna give you his full details, is the guy deffo insured? What does the guy have to say about all this? Getting your ncd...
