superglue? tiger seal? shoulda got chris from carbon central on here to do em, he did mine, much cheaper than streamline, plus they clip on like standard ones, so no bonding required!
how are you getting camber? could always get the hub spacers that are going at the moment which add camber and space :)

yes IK its one bolt in four, if you read what else I put, I also said the bolt is fine, I have used the car.
I also dont know why it wont go back on... dont fancy hammering it, I'll just wait for McGard to get back to me.
ok so the keying looks like this all the way down:
and he finished here:
as you can see in the first pic, he went down it deep once, then only in the lacquer layer 2 more times -.-
there's also another key mark in the front wing above that going from the wing to the door, but I didn't get...
I think the key wasnt seated correctly on the bolt, only halfway pushed in or something and it slipped out whilst bending the lip on the key bit, which has made it not work! - I mean yeah I am he-man.
Gonna wait for an email back from the ebay seller so they can get a new key sent out. Sent...
you planning on smoothing over the side repeater instead?
would they be the M3 style mirrors you were looking at?
one like this? http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/BLACK-M3-MANUAL-WING-MIRRORS-RENAULT-CLIO-MARK-2-3-LED-INDICATORS-BASE-PLATES-/160688081172
would look bad IMO :/
these are the ones that have the spinning ring on the outside to stop people smacking a wrench over the top of it to try and break it.
Think these are supposedly the best ones on the market... shame the keys are made of cheese.
Have contacted the seller and will wait for a response.
Hopefully...
OK! So I got some McGuard Locking Wheel bolts for xmas...
Went to put them on, did the first one... This happened.
The key bent, so now I have one locking wheel bolt on my car, which I cannot get off, and I can't put the others on :@
What can I do?!
I heard all locks are unique :@
depends on your budget, if you have the money and want real lows, then coilovers, but if you want a subtle drop and is cheap compared to coilovers, go with springs :)
sounds good, my cars been keyed 3 times down the side (f*cking scum)... so i cant talk about paintwork!
Make sure you go either 15" or 16" with the alloys otherwise 17" will make it look silly :)
You going low via springs or coilovers?
I got myself some 40mm apex springs for xmas, will post...
i have components on mine, means the speaker is doing less work and is just giving out the mids rather than the highs, which the sets with tweeters in the middle do (coaxial), so in theory should give a better quality and all round sound. I don't think it was a straight swap, I had someone do it...
drove it, bashed the mats to get some dirt off, filled the windscreen washer up, checked all fluid levels, checked to see if the wheels had loosened due to spacers.
xD
