Yes. Going to be basically a standard workgroup. we dont see any disadvantage to this solution other than not having overall control via the server etc, but tbh as a small practice we dont use the server to its full potential anyway e.g. WSUS etc.

Grab a HDD or similar size, backup, Reinstall, job done! you'll end up spending ages f**king about and it'll be better in the long run to do a refresh tbh.

I've got a Mac and I hardly use it now tbh, the other half uses it for photo editing (photographer) and that's about it. As for Photo editing, PS Express is ok for basic editing.

Check out philips' website for their new led bulbs and light fittings. Quite a few of my clients are using them in new developments as they have 15 and 25 year life spans and cost is negligible when compared to standard halogens.
