well i started the day off by thinking i would give my engine bay a good clean up..... so i went to halfrauds got the products and come home....then set to work i thought it would be easier to take the bonnet off to work on the bay so set about doing this....and what happens..the bonnet...

i am looking at changing my rocker cover and my inlet and have been told that i will need to replace the Inlet gasket Rocker gasket and Throttle Body Gasket now i have spoken to gsf car parts and they want £60 for all of those..does anyone know 1) if i have to change those parts 2)...

will a strutbrace from a lower model fit the valver people? cheers neil

i am looking at getting a decat for my valver and was just wondering on the gains... i already have a full magnex exhaust and a pipercross panel in my OE airbox..

i wondered if kenwood did something like alpines ipod box thingy...i have an older kenwood and would like to make it ipod compatable... if not i will have to sell it and buy an alpine....

spotted this morning (05/01/05) travelling towards bristol from yeovil direction...passing through shepton mallet..i was behind you for a while assuming you are a member as i couldn't see a sticker because it was to dark....lol

well i was just going out to get some tea, i unlocked the car as normal with the remote central locking key..got in and drove 5 mins down the road. when i got out and went to lock it i found the remote central locking wouldn't work...i then tried locking the car and unlocking to de-activate...

are there still issues with these as i am thinking bout ordering one very soon but obviously don't want to if its still got problems cheers neil
