Gasket help.....valver

i am looking at changing my rocker cover and my inlet and have been told that i will need to replace the

Inlet gasket
Rocker gasket and
Throttle Body Gasket

now i have spoken to gsf car parts and they want £60 for all of those..does anyone know

1) if i have to change those parts
2) if so can i get them cheaper

i was told u have to replace the rocker gaskit....i rek it would be safer to change them all..... im not too clued up!

Gaskets wont work so well if you put the old ones back after you have taken them apart as they will have been compressed.
Didnt realise they were that sort of money though,they aint much to look at!

I'm pretty sure they are the same gaskets.

Might save you a few quid to buy the whole set.

they are cheaper than that from Renault mate

cheers mike..but as i have never looked inside an engine before can someone tell me which of those bits there are the ones i need...
