...into the back of a big merc people carried mpv thing. Scratches on his bumper will polish out and be resprayed easily.. However.. Mine is in need of a new bonnet, new front upper grille, and from what I can see, maybe a few engine bits?! I don't know how bad it is underneath the bonnet...

Just pranged my car into the back of a merc and the bonnet has pushed itself up, thus the bonnet sensor doesn't reach the underside of the bonnet, and so the pin doesn't get pushed down. Can I set my alarm and it won't go off? Or can I just unplug it? Steve.
