    My Alfa Romeo 147 GTA.

Such a good looking car, seriously. Wheels need replacing though, woeful things!

    The life of... SharkyUK's Trophy

Lol! Fred are you not concerned that he's taken your vee and clearly swapped it one that's actually clean? That may actually be the first proper pictures I've ever seen of it! Looks sublime! I'd quite like to spend a week in on to see what the drive is like and see just how many comments you...

Dug out an old photo of my 1.2

I f**king loved this car. Like properly. Especially the marmite wheels, awesome exhaust and rear lights.

But it can't just play media on the device? No? i.e my computer's is sitting here, it has a film on it, if I open this in something, say, vlc, is that going to work?

    F/S: Sea Gray 2011 Focus ST-3 - 19k miles - Essex

Selling a 12k car on gumtree is like trying to sell genuine Rolex watches at Dagenham market, you'll never get offered even near what it's worth.

    Dan@SJM's 1720v

I don't know if I'm happy or sad, I do love charged Clio's, they feel mental, but (apart from outright pace) do you not think ITB's suit the character of the car better?

My home made intake made today :)

I was going to say, doesn't aluminium have very fast heat changing properties. i.e sure, it'll heat up, but it'll cool down just as fast, it doesn't retain heat. Get moving, it'll cool down silly fast with the cool air blowing through. I'd love to have something meaty knocked up for the zed, but...

Advise me on protection for a soft top

Next time for sure. H'awesome. Sunday's are generally not unit days, it's more saturdays, but I'm sure we can switch it up.

Advise me on protection for a soft top

Why didn't you do my roof? I've used the AG cleaner twice, but never had the dry dust free environment to apply the sealer.

Oh yeah dude, in the wet obviously! I was talking bone dry. In the wet it'll be playful as you like. You happy with it though? I would be.

    'Fast road car'

I'm going to go against the grain here and say I don't actually mind the term. There's plenty of people out there who have no need for a practical car, if I'd taken my new job I'd have been one of them. Personally I'd have bought a TVR, but I could have bought a Clio, removed the back seats...

If it goes sideways in the dry the tyres are rubbish! My 2.2 3 series couldn't do sideways if you paid it. We were in a car park trying repeatedly at one point and no joy.

Something squeaking when clutch pressed in [video included]

Re: Something squeaking when clutch pressed in I mean anyone mate, even a forum members that's handy with the spanners, should be able to tell you in about 3 minutes whether it's the release bearing or not.

You'd have a hard job managing sideways in one of these tbh! Larger engine, or a z3, sure!

172 Exclusive, only done 10,000 miles!

Aggree'd. Unless the mileage is silly constant (like 4 miles a day every day), having sat around for that long at some point will have resulted in a lot of knackard rubbers. That being said, if you bought it, spent £750 tidying it up, then you'd have a silly mint, silly low mileage exclusive...

Yep, use Dan, he's dreamy (and seriously knows his s**t).

Really is an AWESOME car for the money though mate, are there many around at that price or did you get a billy bargain?
