Could just be a fuse, theres also a loom that joins them both togeather that connects into the main loom, check there both plugged into the lights and that the main loom connector just behind the bumper (under the bonnet) is connected to the main loom

Yer yer, I managed to get some a few months ago, got to fix one of them first and just haven't got round to it yet.
