I can usually get it back to normal by blipin the throttle but sometimes it doesnt go.

Best product for sticking bits of plastic together (rock hard)... After taking my front bumper off yesterday one of the securing points snapped off and various other plastics bits are a bit nackared too. I need sone kind of industrial glue that will hold quite a force, im guessing that super...

Its a bit silly to drill holes in something that feeds air straight into your engine... all kinds of sh*t could get in there. Well, depending what filter it uses.
That looks like a wicked project youve got going there, its a shame it couldnt go in the clio, but the RS 1600s are mint!
well yours will be when youve finished with the angle grinder and gotten rid of all that bloody rust
