    Love the stance on this.

My Flamer on V-Maxx Coilovers (56k suicide).

Adjusters are still in, yeah. Not too sure on this one other than waiting for the springs to settle. It just so happened that I went away for the weekend and was mostly five-up. Before I went away I had 10mm spacers on the rear. Took them out as the tyres scuffed the arches with just one...

    She scrub's up well!

A bit fit ;) . Lovely motor. Any trouble with kerbs/speedbumps/insects being that low at the front!?

My Flamer on V-Maxx Coilovers (56k suicide).

Thanks Paul. Always appreciated :) . I'm flattered! I saw a mint standard Flamer the other week. Looked so tidy. Thanks. The thing I love is how the colour seems to change in the sun and shade. It's a first run of the PH2 - hence the Y plate. There are a few knocking about on here. They...

So you took it from a photo? And whacked it in a CAD package?

What should the 60,000 mile service entail?

You're clearly not driving it hard enough ;) .

Good bit of work that! Not sure I'd want one in my living room but each to their own! I'm pretty sure that's an Inferno though on those wheels and with the washer blanks?

What should the 60,000 mile service entail?

Fappin' hell! That's Volvo territory! In all seriousness though there's no reason for the Clio not to reach that when maintained well. Good effort!

What should the 60,000 mile service entail?

Wires crossed. Big mileage milestone (for me) but serive at 60k. Spot on. Many thanks!

What should the 60,000 mile service entail?

My 172 is fast approaching the big 60k and I wondered what will be being done at said service? I'm pretty sure the details are printed in the owners manual but I can't seem to find the bloody thing anywhere. I've not booked it in as of yet - worth having Renault do it or not? Some...

My Flamer on V-Maxx Coilovers (56k suicide).

I was thinking about lowering the front slightly more rather than raise the rear ;) . In all honesty it was a bit higher but my weekend away with fat b******s in the rear has compressed the springs a fair bit. I agree about the camber. When initially fitted I had some serious camber - it...

    Spacers? Clio 182 + Apex

Wrong section completely mate... With regard to your question however you'll need to be looking at what are known as 'hubcentric' spacers. These allow you to bolt the spacer to your wheel hub and then the wheel to the spacer. Sign up to become a fully paid member and have a search :) .

My Flamer on V-Maxx Coilovers (56k suicide).

The turn in is so much more immediate. Being a fixed damper rate they're pretty stiff but then I quite like that. Mine runs down towards the horn/accoustic valve and squeezes past. A bit tight I admit! Removal of the accoustic valve is on the list of things to do still.

Not by a long shot Richy, but don't go mad. The springs definitely settle anyway. I've had to remove my rear spacers.

My Flamer on V-Maxx Coilovers (56k suicide).

Having waited a good few months for my V-Maxx coilovers to arrive I finally got around to having them fitted. The college I work at has a brand new motor vehicle workshop and one of the racing team (yes, we have our own racing team!) technicians got them fitted, corner weighted, cambered and...

    Trip to the windmills

Another lovely Flamer. Good work chap. Although, I'd start trying to tie everything in. The black rims with the amphasite bullets looks a little strange (although they look to have been done well). :)

Well I fixed the knocking sound!

It's funny how things go around on this forum. Not so long ago everyone was raving about hubcentric spacers. Now people are ranting. Hope you get it sorted fella' :) .
