so thats the process in which to clean the tdc? where abouts is it? i can see im gonna have fun with this lol, i love getting stuck in on my car but knwing what everything does is a different matter lol. could anyone point me in the right direction to remove and refit this?

took all 5/6 relays out and cleaned them but they werent dirty :s if it does it again, i'll get some sand paper then clena them that way. any other ideas?

nah key is fine, and the fuel pump primes everytime, i never turn her over without that priming.

just to add to this, i had the exhaust mounts replaced in the middle near the cat and at the backbox because the middle one had gone and the other was worn. my exhaust now sits up tighter to the body, does anyone think the lambda sensor cable is rubbing against the heatshield and causing...

lol no its not, i have done the same thing as bmh.01 and the piping is from venair. sounds pretty good and is more responsive and doesnt heat soak like an induction kit

yeah my immobiliser goes out completely, so im not sure now. going to have a look at all the relays etc at the weekend and see if any are dirty etc. then who knows where i go from there................. anyone?

bloody thing wouldn't start again this morning. finally after a few attempts with the key i left it on pre ignition for about 2 mins then it fired. took it my local renault specialist and they said without doing a diag that couldnt tell what was wrong with. has anyone had these...

car wouldnt start this morning, got the breakdown guy out and after a few mins he took the side of the airbox off and put his hand over something in there (throttle body?) he said it wasnt sucking the fuel through. can anyone shed any light as to what he may of done as he didnt explain it...

ok just recently i have noticed that when i start out and the disks etc are cold when applying my foor to the brake a little harder than normal it kind of very feintly vibrates the pedal like the abs is kicking in, i need new disks but they aren't warped or anything just low. any ideas if this...

thats what i thought, was weird though, i looked at the paint and very lightly passed my hands over the door and it came up white straight away, was a b**ch to polish off once i had done it but i could see the cleaner paint underneath (i think lol)
