They are awesome bits of kit. I just got the Gopro 2 as its a lot cheaper. That said i've hardly ever used it as the trackdays haven't been happening :(
I might be able to go down that slippery slope as me and the missus might be getting a brand new vw up which means I should be able to do what I like to my car :DI've been all supportive and encouraging it on purpose so I can have my wicked way of having a track car hehehe

Not sure I could see one of you was spinning his wheels exiting second gear corners. Would have had a poke around all the Clio's but I had 5 hours skeep last night and 3 the night before and had just come off a 12 hour shift and drove straight to snetterton so thought I'd best mong it by myself...
Saw this this evening! I noticed it as you only had one seat in the car! All the Clio's seemed ti be going well. I've put some pics in my thread....you might be in them.
The 197 and 200 looked to be going fairly well only getting overtaken by the M3's etc on the ling straights. The quickest 1*2 had to be the silver one which had a rear diffuser thing...never saw the car in the pits though which was a shame! Blue 172 cup needed an lsd from what I saw lol
A bit of a random one but does anyone going to snetterton have the inside door pull for a clio 172? The plastic bit where the mirror and window adjuster buttons live?
Long story short. "Hand fat" does not mix well with spraying.
Never had that problem in my old saxo and we must have done countless laps with no issues at all. That was hydraulic pas also. Was running CL pads so no brake fade either.

Sounds good! Im in two minds what to do with the car. Lightly mod (not power) and then get a Clio 200 when the mileage gets high and 200 prices drop or highly mod (turbo)
I was concerned these would sit even further in the arches than my normal 172 wheels. Wish I'd have got a set now instead of buying expensive 16" tyres.
Yeah its just had new coolant and oil change the other weekend. I've got some normal dot 4 in the shed so will get the garage to do the fluid at the same time (I have no idea and best not try to fit my own brakes)
Planning on getting some brembo hc discs and brembo pads as I use the car to get to work etc and don't want to spend big money on parts I don't need.
