Saw one at a meet yesterday, didnt have the speedlines, but looked very nice, is growing on me but the front is still questionable.
I've yet to see an alien green one.
It may be because the sportlines have lowered the car 30/40mm, when you get the coilovers on it, and go lower you may run in to problems, hopefully not.
A set of new standard shocks and eibach springs would freshen up the cars handling no ends, i know a lot of people on here rave about the sportlines but not heard to much about the prolines.
I'm in the same position, and was recommended koni adjustable damping shocks and sportline, from...
You can run cup turinis on a 182, but the problems will come if/when you lower it, cos the lower the et the more the wheel sticks out. I am running ET 35 turinis and have no problem as long as the car is set up properly.
Would assume you just wash the car and dry very well to get rid of any dirt, then carefully place on the stripes, starting from the roof, then line up with the bonnet and rear of the car.
My stripes were 12cm, width, from the front of the roof, by the widscreen, the 5cm of the stripe, 10cm in...
Sounds mint, sits at the right height, only thing i would do would get under the car and cable tie the two exhaust mounts, so they sit central, thats wot i done with mine.
rabbit21, supposed you're gonna have to work out a budget that you want to spend on coilovers, and consider all the other costs, such as topmounts, cos the standard ones are bad and tend to knock,so new ones should stop all that and tighten up the handling, plus you've got to consider fitting if...
Have a look at these, only became available in the last couple of weeks.

The Weitec are fixed damping, but ketc do a good priced coilover from GAZ fully adjustable. Also looking at the two demo cars on the site, both 172's run GAZ coilovers, so they must rate them.

I know that the michelin exalto's were designed for the 182, not sure on the previous tyres for the 172.
They are pricey but very good, overall good performance in dry and wet.
Look at the search button for tyres, such as yoko, bridgestone, hanook and toyo, dont really rate toyos that much...
Best to speak to yozza, or ktec, they must have experience of the kw1 kit, ask warren4 on here, think he may of had the kw2 kit though.
Think the weitec,(KW sister company)may be adjustable damping?
Carson, cant speak from experience but k-tec seem to be a good coilover's and some people rave about them on here, have a look on the search, should find something. Not bad value for under £350 for something that will lower your car upto 60mm front and 40mm back, replace your old shocks, so...
Carson, the trophy spoiler is the same as the v6 spoiler, a little larger than the cup spoiler, a trophy spoiler will command big money though, rare as.
It doesnt matter bout not having cup packs ure nearly there anway with a splitter and coloured alloys. FOr suspension I would go for coilovers...
The kW's are supposed to be very good, for the money, it will only get you fixed damping, spending over £900 will get you adjustable damping. The KW 1 is fixed, the KW 2 is adjustable.
Cunney, mine is simalar to that, but sit right where the exhaust surrounds are, thats in the cold, when hot it pushes out by an inch or so, quite like the look compared to the ones that fits out to far from the bumper.
