there's a decent program called nlite where, if you can get the correct driver, you can put it into your XP disc and re-burn so it will deploy the driver when you are installing windows.

We've just locked down our BES according to Cesg guidelines and now all they do is call, text & email.
There was even consideration of if you have email do you really need texting haha. We don't even let attachments out.

I've had an awful experience with overclockers.
i took a faulty mobo back to them (constant BSOD after 2 mins of getting into windows iirc, swapped every other part of the system/re installed windows etc - knew it was mobo for the purpose of this story)

i built a pc with what i assume is a netbook mobo (no fans so silent and can be left on to record/download stuff all the time.)
i run windows 7 and windows media centre on it, also itunes runs in the background so i can use the remote app to quickly play music. i also have a usb remote...
i have 4 devolo ones - it's not my house so i can't cable but if i could i would run a cable!!
they are good for everything but need to be restarted every now and again (less than once a month) not sure if it's electrical interference or something that causes that but oh well...

I can't remember my spec as I'm not at home but seems similar to arma2 - fine in troop battles but I struggle flying a chopper quick across the map?
I'm thinking of a new gfx card anyway so suggestions welcome...
I watched a game play video yesterday and I have to say it looked pretty cool but with all the complaints and the arma 3 alpha coming out I'm going to give it a miss

I think there might be a bit of savings but not as much as there used to be - building your own really works if you are carrying things like the screen over (and OS perhaps ;))
But generally I think the margins have come down a lot these days.
