all mk1's,
1st valver, then put 5 turbo lump in it
2nd valver, then put a williams lump in it
3rd williams, and put a turbo lump in it

stuck up my arse in harlow about half 2. had aftermarket steering wheel and air filter by the sounds of it and bmw indicators. you know the ones that don't work.
60 is no trouble on 15. saying that i did that on 18's. just make sure you use the right offset. the 17"s on the willy needed a bit of work due to the wider track.
picked it up thursday, it has 250 bhp and the ame torque figure. and f**k me. it goes like a BAST**D. it was quick before the rebuild but is now so much smoother, you dont realise how quick it is. Ive only got it to 70 because that all your allowed to do by law. but im sure it will over that...
thanks glad you liked it, kinda makes all the efforts worthwhile when you you get comments like that. just can't wait to finally pickit up. should be around 260-280lbf of torque, hopefully.

i had this problem last week with aftermarket turinis. the clips that hold the cap in are about 2 mm closer together so it wont fix on the wheel. what i did, was get an old rubber inner tube, cut it to fit the back of the cap, and pushed it in. it solid and does'nt move. will do until i can...
