i'd get them to check it out first. my mates cambelt went in his evo and that only cost 600 to repair that needed valves and everything. so i can't imagine yours costing that much. hope everything goes ok for you
just fitted sportlines to mine and its transormed it i'm so impressed. the drop wasn't massive but thats not what i was after i wanted to improve handling. overall i'd recomend getting them :)
ok i have an intermitant problem that only happens when its really wet what'll happen is the car will run like a bag of s**t and not burn the petrol. i think the induction kit is sucking in water spray. anyway the past couple of times its righted its self with out the engine warning light coming...
i'm afraid the my bluetooth dongle has given up and refuses to work. to be honest mine looks pretty much the same as in the picture above. there are plenty of ways to do it, it just takes a bit of patience getting it right
problem i found with some of the metal ones is they posistion the filter wrong and it doesn't fit properly, meaning the battery would need to be removed. i'm trying to get a pic of mine of my phone nut i'm just struggling a bit.
motorworld have some but they are not best ever. i'd try demontweeks or a specialist motorsport shop. now i know it works i'll try and get a samco hose made up or maybe a custom alloy one, not sure yet
mines better with it relocated it is a lot cooler there. in the standard possition you have heat from the engine block and the water pipes as well. i need a better pipe though mines all a bit too diy
