Yeah good meet and love the 200 also - Definetly the 'best looking' Clio to date! ;)
Fingers crossed Mr Ferrari didnt get the book thrown at him though.
No mate i meant i was sent back to my usual work HQ early - Im not at home unfortunatly!
Im aiming for leaving at 7:30/45 mate but i'll give you a text later anyway.
F!?KER!
You couldve drove me to work today after my alarm decided on ging tits up and sleeping in til nearly 8 - Waited 40 minutes for a f**king bus alone this morning!
On topic i'll be going straight to Sarfend so any ideas on a meeting time up there?
And this is why your argument for the newer model is total pish!
Without opening a can of worms if you had driven the previous models you would know they are barely different and the 200 certainly doesnt out perform the the 'OLD' cars in any way shape or form!
What it is imo, is...
To some maybe not but i wouldnt fancy paying 14/15/16k on car thats barely different from my current (if it was i wouldve snapped one up) and waiting for it to 'burn away' 8/9/10k of that after four or five years ownership.
Seems thats the case with the majority but in six years iv owned...
Haha - Indeed!
No i like the the 200 - It was you who spouted about not being seen dead in 1*2 without any real reason.....Have you ever driven a well specced one!? I doubt it!
Plonker for sure. :clown:
Haha - I think you've actually mistaken me for somebody who dislikes the 200 in your rage against anyone who doesnt share your opinion!
If i were using mine as a daily driver i would go for one myself but until that day il stick to having fun in my 'OLD' car thats easily as capable...
Nail head - They just havnt progressed enough for the average 182 owner to fork out thousands extra on unless its used everyday for a heavy commute imo.
People like Jasey obviously either have serious money to burn or havnt driven the previous model enough to have a valid and justified...
Haha - What a prize one you are!
Are you 'OLD' jasey as you say you havnt bought an 'OLD' car in 20 years or are you a 'wee' nipper at 20!?
And just to clarify (as your feathers seem to have been more than a little ruffled already) an 'OLD' car is not a 4/5 year old car as far as the...
LOL - Which makes you just as bad and bitter as the others who are pleading hate for the 200!
I test drove one and the thing it did best aside of build quality was look good - It didnt drive better than the 182 (unless pottering about everywhere) making it for me not worth selling up and...
The one i test drive was only on 25 miles but the salesman (before i did) gave it loads of stick......I did ask him whether they needed to be run in for the '600' when he was having his go and he replied 'no buddy these modern engines are capable from day one'! lol
Have you chaps actually had a real gander at them up close?
Dont get me wrong i dont think they have progressed enough over the 182 to drive however they are 110% a better looking car in the right colour.
Arrogant much?
I think we all know the answer but it'll be more fun seeing it typed out!
Next time this happens though get a picture and post it up as i think we need to see it to believe it.
LOL! Ok mate, i can assure you i have got a grip of myself but as you own a vee i'll let you...
Haha and Turini's mate but i didnt want to be accused of being a sheep now did i!? ;)
Hmmmmm, 200 brake Valver - I think id settle for an 182 'ps' one!
I was sayin i preferd the wheels you had on at present (that is your car in the first picture isnt it?) - You would be going backwards in terms of looks if you changed to what you are proposing.
